Today kicks off the SUHBA 2017 St. George area Parade of Homes. As the most widely attended and largest parade in the state, this is not an event you'll want to miss. Twenty-eight homes full of the extraordinary are featured in the parade and can be toured Feb 17-26.
There are a variety of homes in the parade with features that will captivate and awe those who come to visit. Here is a snapshot of what you can expect this year:
- "Villa Belle Vue" built by Xcellent Homes is a 7500 square foot French country style home in the Castle Rock subdivision of St. George. Complete with swooped eaves, metal copulas, and crown molding, this beauty is elegant and classic.
- A luxury townhome in the Villa Highlands of Hidden Valley, "The Valiano" was built by Ivory Southern and totals 2100 square feet. Beautiful finishes are complemented with pops of colorful decor, making this property one you won't soon forget.
- The Richardson Brothers' "Fit for a King" in Stone Cliff is 4712 square feet full of family fun. Bedroom lofts, a man cave, media room, and casita provide all you need to have a royally good time.
Even if you are not in the market to purchase a new home, it's entertaining and insightful to walk through these homes and catch a glimpse of new and exciting home trends.
