Sometimes a listing doesn't offer as much information as another, doesn't have pictures, or doesn't give the neighborhood that it is in. At these times, it's best to have a real estate agent working for you. An agent can personally weed out the homes that may look good to you online, but which he or she knows from experience do not meet your needs.
